On January 14, 2009 Estonian Railways Ltd. (AS Eesti Raudtee) founded two new affiliates: AS EVR Infra and AS EVR Cargo. The companies will become a group of undertakings working under control of Estonian Railways Ltd.
The Management Board of AS EVR Cargo dealing with freight transport includes Jaanus Paas and Oskar Kalmus.
