In the upcoming days, Estonian Railway Ltd is going to publish a public procurement „Preparation and consultation of CCS-systems modernization procurement” (Reference No 209402 in the Estonian Public Procurement registry).
Currently, we are arranging information session for the interested parties in this procurement.
The purpose of the procurement is to find supplier who will create a full package of documents (technical specifications etc) for the future procurement of CCS-systems modernization which will be launched next year. The aim is to cover most of the CCS-systems in Estonia. Also, the Contractor will be providing consultation for Estonian Railway Ltd in the future CCS-systems modernization procurement..
Hence, the scope of current procurement is divided in 3 parts:
Part 1 – Preparation of the CCS-system modernisation procurement documents, Technical Specification and its Annexes and other related documents for the procurement.
Part 2 – Creating a concept for carrying out the CCS-system modernisation procurement(s), including mapping major project, and definition and analysis of processes, risks and resources.
Part 3 – Consulting the Customer in technical aspects regarding the documents and concept made by the Contractor in Parts 1 and 2 of the current Procurement. The consulting period is during the procedure of CCS-system modernisation procurement(s) and until all of its works are done (2020-2024).
