Notification about restructuring of Estonian Railways Ltd. (AS Eesti Raudtee)

On January 14, 2009 Estonian Railways Ltd. (AS Eesti Raudtee) founded two new affiliates: AS EVR Infra and AS EVR Cargo. The companies will become a group of undertakings working under control of Estonian Railways Ltd.

The Management Board of AS EVR Infra, an affiliate of Estonian Railways engaged in infrastructure management, consists of Arvo Smiltinsh, former Infrastructure Director of Estonian Railways and Sergei Fedorenko, former Transportation Director of Estonian Railways.

The Management Board of AS EVR Cargo dealing with freight transport includes Oskar Kalmus, former Rolling Stock Director of Estonian Railways.

The rights and obligations of Estonian Railways Ltd. related to the areas of activity of the affiliates shall be transferred to the affiliates with the following contact information:
